As a bespoke software application, PAAM can be designed to fit around your exact staffing structure making it even easier for you to control applications and the recruitment process.

New staff can be directed straight to PAAM to submit their appropriate details, whilst existing staff or past applicants can easily be notified of relevant new positions. Once a new role is created the whole application process is set up, and your applicants can apply and be notified of all the relevant information.
