If your event staff are required to pay a deposit for an event the event payment can be processed via PAAM. The PAAM E-Commerce Payment Gateway is simple to setup - defaulting to PayPal although any merchant gateway or payment provider can be used. PAAM can also supply details for event staff to pay an event staff deposit via BACS or Cheque.
PAAM's messaging systems are incredibly versatile and designed to assist with managing event staff. Event staff can be contacted by location, event application status, event payment status, event group and event shift status and much more. This allows for targeted messaging of your event staff throughout your event season.
PAAM includes numerous event exports designed specifically for managing event staff. Full details of all your event staff who have been offered a position at an event can be exported to an Excel file - this event export including all event staff personal details and showing which event group or event shift each of your event staff has been allocated to. Events Management

When offsite you can setup new events in PAAM at any time; your events including event groups and shifts for your event staff and event volunteers to be assigned to. Your events, event groups and shifts can be referenced quickly and easily by your event management team - letting them know how many event staff and event volunteers have applied to which events, how many event staff and event volunteers and have paid an event deposit and how many have been offered positions at events.
To assist with events management PAAM provides simple and easy to reference visual breakdowns of your event and event group statistics. The number of event applications made, event deposit payments received, event staff and event volunteers accepted to events and more are all displayed so your event management team can easily see where they are with your events management, and what needs to be done.
If you need to get information out to your event staff and event volunteers PAAM can help here too. Event documents can be uploaded by event e.g. event management plans, event health and safety information, event briefing documents, maps to events, event shift patterns, directions to events, event specific train timetables and more can be uploaded to PAAM for your event staff and event volunteers to view and download.
When you need to find event staff and event volunteers to assist with your event management this can be done quickly using PAAM's simple to use event search filters. Event staff and event volunteers can be searched for by location, qualifications, event experience and directly via personal details such as name, email address or PAAM ID number.
When you get to the event site PAAM Onsite can help you setup quickly and get on with your event management. All of the event information you require to get up and running at your event including event staff and event volunteer profiles, your event groups and shifts are ready and waiting. PAAM Onsite allows you to get your event staff and event volunteers checked in, assign and confirm their shifts, record their event attendance, make notes and rate your event staff's and event volunteer's performance. When you're ready PAAM Onsite can then be synchronised with PAAM Online.
