New festival staff can be directed towards PAAM, festival staff can then quickly and easily setup an account and start applying for festivals straight away. As new festivals which you require staff for are added to PAAM; all current festival staff can quickly be contacted by email or text message letting your festival staff know they can login and apply for the staff positions at the new festivals.
Festival information can be uploaded to PAAM for your festival staff to view and download. Festival specific documents for your staff such as festival staff briefing packs, festival staff health and safety information, directions for festival staff, maps for festival staff, festival staff shift patterns, train timetables for festival staff and more can be uploaded to a festival allowing all of your festival staff who have been offered a position at that festival to view and download.
If your festival staff are required to pay a deposit for a festival staff position; the festival staff deposit payment can be processed via PAAM. The PAAM E-Commerce Payment Gateway is simple to setup - defaulting to PayPal although any merchant gateway or payment provider can be used. PAAM can also supply details for festival staff to pay a festival staff deposit via BACS or Cheque.

When you need to find festival staff this can be done quickly using PAAM's simple to use festival staff search filters. Festival staff can be searched for by location, qualifications, festival staff experience and directly via personal details such as name, email address or PAAM ID number.
There will always be some festival staff you recruit who you would rather not see at another festival; PAAM's blacklist allows you to block festival applications from both current festival staff and potential festival applicants. Blocking a festival applicant stops the festival staff member being able to apply for new festivals and removes them from any festivals previously applied to.
